ABOUT ME
Lisa McQueen was born and raised in Minnesota. She moved to Indiana in 1986, where she became an antiques dealer, specializing in architectural findings. She became enamored with antique ceiling tin panels and soon discovered the plasma cutter. She learned to use that tool to cut the ceiling tin into decorative shapes, selling those along with her antiques. After moving to Southwest Florida in 2014, she was influenced by her love of fishing and the sea, to specialize in coastal art. Combining her love of vintage pieces, with antique roofing metal and copper. She has even cut up the hood of a 1965 GMC farm truck! Lisa sells her work at the Farmers Market in Punta Gorda, FL and Englewood, FL. As well as the occasional local art show. She lives in Port Charlotte, FL, where she enjoys her family, gardening, fishing, snorkeling, and the beach. She has two children and has recently, with great joy, become a grandmother. Ask her about a custom design tailored to your home.
